By using Vivalo you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, please do not use the app.
The most important clause: Vivalo is not a medical device and does not give medical advice. Every health figure it shows is an estimate derived from population averages, and each one is marked as such inside the app. Make decisions about your health with a doctor.
1. The service
Vivalo is a mobile app that lets you log daily habits and see their estimated health impact. It is built and operated by Temiz Yazilim.
2. Price and purchases
The whole app is free. No feature sits behind a paywall — logging, reports, the food database and backup are available to every user. The app shows advertising; that is where the revenue comes from.
There is one optional purchase: removing the ads. It is a one-time payment, not a subscription, and it does not renew automatically. Payment is charged through your App Store or Google Play account; we never see or store your card details.
The purchase is tied to the store account you used. If you change phones or reinstall the app, sign in with the same store account and use Profile › Remove ads › Restore purchases to get it back.
Refunds: refunds follow the rules of the store you bought from. Google Play and the App Store handle refund requests through their own systems; we cannot issue refunds ourselves. If something goes wrong, write to [email protected] and we will help you through it.
3. Your account
You can use the app without an account. If you create one, keeping your password safe is your responsibility. If you lose it you may lose access to the data on the server — the data on your phone is unaffected.
4. Acceptable use
- You may not use the service for any unlawful purpose
- You may not disrupt the service with automated or excessive requests
- You may not reverse engineer, modify and redistribute the app
- You may not attempt to access anyone else's account
5. Your data
The data you enter belongs to you. How it is processed is set out in the Privacy Policy. You can delete it at any time.
6. Availability
We aim to keep the service running but cannot guarantee it. Maintenance, faults or circumstances beyond our control may cause interruptions. Because the app works offline, you can keep logging even when the server is unreachable.
7. Limitation of liability
Vivalo is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for indirect damages arising from use of the app. Decisions you make about your health based on its estimates are your responsibility.
Nothing here limits your statutory consumer rights, or our liability for gross negligence or wilful misconduct.
8. Changes
We may update these terms. For material changes we notify you inside the app. Continuing to use the app after a change means you accept it.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye, with the courts of Ankara having jurisdiction. If you are a consumer, your right to bring a claim before the consumer arbitration committee in your own place of residence is reserved.
